CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The NESTEA® "Combination Contest" is open to all residents, excluding employees and their immediate families of Beverage Partners Worldwide (Europe) A.G. (“BPW”).

DATA PRIVACY CLAUSE

Provided that you have registered for the NESTEA® "Combination Contest" over the Internet, your personal data will be collected and electronically processed by MRM Worldwide GmbH (Zweigniederlassung Düsseldorf, Rochusstrasse 47, 40479 Düsseldorf, Germany), which will at the same time be the liable body for the collection and processing of your personal data.
Registration is only possible online. It is not possible to register for the NESTEA® "Combination Contest" by sending in a postcard or by telephone.
The personal data will be electronically processed and saved only for the purposes of your participation in the NESTEA® "Combination Contest", and only for as long as the implementation of the NESTEA® "Combination Contest" is required.
